Our jewellery is designed to be anti-tarnish and water-resistant, wherever mentioned in the respective product description.
However, water-resistant does not mean waterproof, and anti-tarnish jewellery still requires proper care. The longevity and finish of the jewellery depend on how it is used and maintained.
To keep your jewellery in good condition:
- Avoid direct contact with perfume, deodorant, lotions, creams, makeup, sanitizers and other harsh chemicals.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, sweat, soap, chlorine and salt water.
- Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping.
- After use, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.
- Store jewellery in a dry, enclosed place, preferably separately to avoid scratches.
- Avoid pulling, bending, twisting or applying excessive force to delicate pieces.
- Handle adjustable and delicate jewellery carefully while wearing or removing it.
Micro-Plated Jewellery
For products specifically mentioned as micro-plated, the plating may naturally wear or fade over time depending on usage, exposure and care.
Please follow the care instructions carefully to maintain the finish for as long as possible.
Damage Caused After Delivery
All products are checked before dispatch. If a product is received in proper condition and is subsequently broken, damaged, bent, scratched or otherwise affected due to improper handling, excessive force, accidental damage or incorrect usage, Glowva Store will not be responsible for such damage.
Such cases will not be considered as defective-product claims.
